  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days (domestic orders).
  • Express Shipping: Arrives within 1-2 business days (domestic orders).
  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery times vary based on destination.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This is not a guarantee of shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Times

  • Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping may take 2-3 business days, and express shipping typically takes 1-2 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders vary based on the destination country and the shipping method chosen. Customs processing may cause delays in some cases, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders.

Please note that during peak seasons or promotions, shipping times may be longer due to high order volumes.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and the size of the order. If any promotions or discounts are available for free or reduced shipping, those will also be applied during checkout.
  • Free Shipping: Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. These promotions are limited to specific time frames or order requirements, such as a minimum purchase amount, and are subject to the terms stated during the promotion.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 U.S. states. However, some products may be restricted to specific states or regions due to size or shipping limitations.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please check the available shipping destinations at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees that may be applicable to international orders.
  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO: We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure that you provide a valid street address for shipping.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact our customer service team for assistance.


7. Damage During Shipping

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@speakersroyal.click. You must notify us of any damages within 7 days of receiving the item in order to qualify for a replacement or refund.

Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged product for inspection, as the carrier may request this information for claims processing.


8. Delayed Shipments

While we strive to fulfill all orders promptly, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather, high-order volumes, or issues with the shipping carrier. If your order is delayed, we will notify you and work to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or external factors.


9. Address Errors

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
